FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. Bright Spring colors are highly encouraged. Please no jeans/denim and avoid green, tan and any shade of white.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in a beautiful garden outside. We will be on a lawn, so keep this in mind when picking your shoes, ladies! The reception, however, will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the name of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Additionally, since our wedding is taking place on a holiday weekend, please be prepared for heavy traffic. Beautiful Pismo Beach is a popular destination on such weekends!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has lots of free parking available! However, we highly encourage any guests that will be consuming alcohol to use Uber/Lyft or a sober designated driver to ensure their safety getting home or to their hotel.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures (which we will share with you). Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as your heart desires (but don't forget to share them with us)!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have opted to go with a partially-hosted bar for our wedding. The first couple rounds are on us, but the hangover is on you! We highly encourage any guests that will be consuming alcohol to use Uber/Lyft or a sober designated driver to ensure their safety getting home or to their hotel.
