We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to be seated. The ceremony will start promptly on time Please plan to arrive a bit earlier , late arrivals may not be accommodated. Please plan accordingly to avoid disruptions.
Please RSVP by May 1st 2025 and let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your plans so we can make the necessary arrangements. After May 1st we not be making any changes to our Quest List. If you try to RSVP on your phone and it’s not letting you please try again on a tablet or computer.
YES. -Please dress in semi-formal attire, incorporating our wedding colors: red, purple, and gold. You can wear one color or combine them in any way that suits you!
NO. As we have a limited guest list, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones or additional guests unless they are specifically invited and they have been cleared by the planner. If you want to bring someone please reach out and I will see if we have additional space, if I have a plus one by your name already and you have no guest coming with you please let me know so we can finalize heard count. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes, food will be served at our wedding! However, it is based on the number of guests we have confirmed. To ensure everyone in our wedding party, our invited guests, and the staff can enjoy the freshly prepared meal, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra attendees who were not on our guest list. The food at our wedding will be prepared by our hired chefs. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let me know ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs.
Yes, there will be an open bar at the reception! We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and know their limits. Please note that we are not liable for any incidents or mishaps that may occur during the wedding or ceremony. Our bar will be monitored and served by licensed bartenders who will make the final call if they feel someone has had enough. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for everyone!”
Yes, we have parking available, but spaces are limited. Please plan to arrive early to ensure you have time to park and be ready for the ceremony.
No. -Please note, we do not provide transportation to or from the wedding. Arrangements for transportation will be the responsibility of each guest.
