Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to the adult nature of the event, no children under 18 will be invited to this event apart from immediate family. Please only RSVP for the number of people that is indicated on your invitation.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are very lucky to both come from large families and have friend groups that want to join us! Due to the limited capacity of the venue, please only invite the number of guests indicated on your invitation. If you were assigned a plus one, it will be noted on there.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

There is parking at the event but it is very limited. We ask that if you are traveling from the same area as someone else you carpool together! The more people that carpool, the more space we will have to fit everyone.

Question

What is a yurt?

Answer

A yurt is a big canvas like tent on a wooden platform. The yurts at our location have 10 bunk beds, electricity and a door that locks. If you were invited to stay for the weekend please expect to be bunking with other people. We will try to accommodate groups to the best of our ability, however we are working with a limited space. Yurt assignments will be posted upon your arrival to the camp.

Question

How do I know if I was invited to stay the night?

Answer

Invitations to camp out with us will be indicated in your invitation envelope.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

For those invited to stay the night, here’s a packing list for you! • Wedding Attire • Casual, comfortable clothes for Friday and Sunday • Sneakers • Drinks/snacks to keep in your cabin • An extra blanket for sleeping • Lawn Chair • Sunscreen and Bug Spray We find it best if you approach the event as “glamping”. Here is what will be provided for you: • Sheets, towels and a blanket • Dinner Friday and Saturday • Breakfast Saturday • There are showers located in the bath house

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone a little dressed up, so we are asking everyone to dress semi-formal but please come in whatever you’re comfortable in! For ladies, the ceremony is on a grass field so stiletto heels are not recommended. The ceremony is outdoors and the reception indoors with a current anticipated weather of 70 degrees. If you were invited and are attending Friday Dinner the dress code is casual.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4PM, please arrive around 3:45 to find a seat and get settled. If you were invited and are attending the Friday Dinner, please arrive any time after 5PM.
