Arrival Drinks / Welcome Reception

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This is an informal gathering at the Denver Marriott West hotel bar. Please plan to stop by and hang out if you will be in town Friday evening.

We will be serving beer, wine, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal Attire

No Children We recommend that guests take the shuttle bus from the Denver Marriott West hotel to the venue. Shuttle buses will leave from the Denver Marriott West hotel at 3:10pm to arrive at the venue at 3:30pm. Buses will return from the venue to the hotel at 8:20pm and 10pm. Ceremony starts at 4pm. We are planning to have the ceremony outdoors. Weather can be unpredictable in April, so please bring layers. There will be a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and reception. Reception will be held indoors with a DJ.

Sunday Morning Breakfast

8:00 am - 10:00 am

There will be a buffet style breakfast in the large events space next to the lobby of the Denver Marriott West hotel.
