We have arranged for two shuttles to transport guests from Wintergreen to Pharsalia. The shuttles will depart from the Main Lodge at Wintergreen at 2:45pm. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. The shuttles leaving Pharsalia will depart the venue at 10:30pm. The shuttles will drop guests off at the Main Lodge at Wintergreen. The shuttles will take approximately 45 minutes.
Yes! The ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue. If you choose to drive instead of use the shuttle service, there is a parking lot on site. Please drive responsibly and keep in mind that the venue is in a remote area that may be difficult to obtain Ubers back to the hotels and Airbnbs.
Yes! A block of rooms has been reserved at Wintergreen Resort, where we will have transportation planned for to and from the ceremony. In order to book, please call 877-418-8234 between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Using the Bagnato/Herrell Group Reservation (Master Account ID: #41B09D), you are able to book a single Lodge Room, multi-room suites, or even cabins ranging from 2-9 bedrooms for larger groups.
