How do I get to the venue on Saturday?

Answer

We will have trolleys to transport people staying at Embassy Suites, The Boulderado, and St. Julien hotel to and from the venue. *Times posted below* *PEOPLE NOT STAYING AT HOTELS, DRIVING & WANTING TO TAKE THE TROLLEY* FREE PARKING available at the Boulder Embassy Suites Parking Garage When pulling into parking garage, press the "Call for Assistance" button instead of taking a ticket, this will automatically open gate. ;) no need to pay There is a large parking lot at the venue if you want to drive. If you leave your car overnight, just get it by 10am or so the next day. Uber/Lyft also works!

Embassy Suites, Trolley #1 (Trolley Parton) 3:55pm - First trolley departs Embassy Suites for ceremony at Wedgewood 4:30pm - Last trolley departs Embassy Suites for ceremony at Wedgewood The Boulderado & St.Julien Hotel, Trolley #2 4:20pm – Only trolley departs Hotel Boulderado for St. Julien 4:30pm – Only trolley departs St. Julien Hotel for ceremony at Wedgewood Drinks welcome on trolley. Don't be late, the trolley won't wait for yo ass.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outside, even if it snows! Cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Mountain cocktail attire. What does that mean? Cocktail attire but ready for the elements. Ladies: Stilettos probably not a great idea. Bring a jacket that can keep you warm, not one that just looks cute. Bright colors to celebrate! Gentlemen: ties optional. Mustaches welcome. If still unsure, google is your friend.

Kids are allowed on a case by case basis. Criteria is evaluated based on coolness, dance moves and best joke.

9:00pm - 1st early departure back to the St Julien, Hotel Boulderado & Embassy Suites 9:30pm - 2nd early departure back to the St Julien, Hotel Boulderado & Embassy Suites 10:00pm - Reception ends 10:10pm - Trolley #1 loads up and departs back to Embassy Suites & Sundown Saloon 10:10pm - Trolley #2 loads up and departs back to the St Julien & Hotel Boulderado & Sundown Saloon 10:45pm - Trolley #2 arrives at Wedgewood and departs once remaining guests + wedding party are all on board - Drop off at The Sundown Saloon & hotels
