How do I book accommodation?

Please call The Crossing at 403-932-3392 or email info@crossingexperience.ca and mention you’re booking for the Monica and Brendan wedding on September 5, 2026. While there are no formal events scheduled for Friday, we’d love for guests to join us and stay the night!

Where can I eat?

Answer

For guests staying Saturday night, your dinner and breakfast are covered, no need to worry! If you’re joining us Friday evening as well, you’re welcome to enjoy dinner that night and breakfast the following morning at The Crossing. Please call The Crossing before July 25 to add this to your reservation. If you prefer to dine elsewhere, the town of Cochrane offers plenty of options, just a 25-minute drive from The Crossing. Just a heads up, there are no lunch options available at The Crossing, so please plan accordingly if you’ll need lunch on Saturday.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests can begin making their way down to the river starting at 2:00 p.m. It’s about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the main house along a dirt road. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m.

Are you registered? Where?

Your presence at our wedding it the greatest gift of all! But if you insist, a book or a copy of your favourite vinyl record to add to our collection is welcome.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wear whatever makes you feel your best—comfortable and confident! The ceremony will take place outdoors on uneven, natural terrain, so we recommend practical footwear. Cowboy boots, sneakers, or other comfortable shoes are highly encouraged for the walk down to the river.
