How do I RSVP and when should I RSVP?

Click the “RSVP” tab and you’ll be prompted from there. Please RSVP by July 11th.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

We recommend flying into JFK or LGA Airport, both of which are about a 30-40 min drive to Syosset. Newark Airport is located in NJ and about a 1hr 10 min drive to Syosset. Uber and Lyft are easy to take from the airport. If train is preferred, JFK also has a direct train line to Syosset train station. Take the Jamaica stop (in the airport) to Syosett (~40min train ride). For guests flying in Friday, we would recommend booking a morning to midday arrival to avoid Friday PM traffic.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Viana Hotel to the wedding ceremony and then to the reception. Following the reception, and at the conclusion of the after party, transportation will be provided back to the Viana Hotel.

As much as we love your little ones, our celebration will be an adults only event.
