What should I wear?
Answer
Anyone who knows Liza knows she is a little too fancy for Vermont. While Brendan would gladly attend in his Chacos, we know who is running this event... so "WE" would love for you to join us in your favorite evening cocktail attire! For those of the feminine persuasion, a knee-length or midi dress, jumpsuit, or fancy skirt-and-top combo would be great! The ceremony and cocktail hour are on the lawn, so stilettos may be a challenge to all but the most experienced heel wearers; block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are your best bet. For our dapper guests, a suit or dress pants with a blazer is perfect. A tie? Totally up to you. A pocket square? Look at you go! Octobers in Vermont can be chilly but get warm during the day so lighter fabrics will keep you from melting before the reception. Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We are excited to have people of all ages at our wedding to celebrate with us both at the ceremony and the reception. For our friends and family with young kiddos, we would just ask that we be the main voices at our ceremony. Baby karaoke is welcome and encouraged at the reception.

Phones at the ceremony?
Answer
Liza may be a diva about clothes. Brendan is a diva about phones. Please for his mental health, refrain from taking any photos or using your phone during the ceremony. We would like our professional photographer to capture photos of wedding guests enjoying the ceremony rather than attempting to capture a picture for social media. We welcome you to take any photos you wish during the reception. We will be sure to share ceremony photos from our photographer at a later date!
