Please arrive by Thursday, the day before the wedding ceremony. Arrive at the time of your choosing and get settled in! We recommend giving yourself a day or so to adjust to the elevation to avoid altitude sickness. Elevation reaches about 9000 feet at Ten Peaks (12,000 feet at the summit!).

Join us for welcome drinks and apps Thursday evening! This will be very casual. Feel free to come and go as you please.
3:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Ceremony shuttles will be leaving at 3:45pm from the front drive of The Lodge at Mountaineer Square. Located right off the main road, Gothic Road. The shuttle company is Black Canyon Limo. There is very limited parking at Ten Peaks so please plan to take the shuttle. If you are coming from town, place take the free city shuttle up to the mountain base or drive to the mountain base to catch our shuttles. There is parking nearby at the main base area parking lot. There will be 6 shuttles all leaving at the same time so please be on time! End of the night shuttles will start at 930pm and run until 10pm. Drop off point will be the front drive of The Lodge at Mountaineer Square.

4:30pm: Ceremony 5:00-6:00pm: Cocktail hour 6:00-9:30pm: Dinner/Reception/Dance The plan: Come witness our mountain vows followed by a cocktail hour and reception. We can’t wait to celebrate our marriage together!

We hope you will spend some time exploring Crested Butte and Colorado for a vacation of your own. We will be hanging around town Saturday and leaving Sunday for our honeymoon to Italy. We love you, thank you for being a part of our celebration! :)
