We have room blocks reserved at two beautiful hotels in Center City: Element Philadelphia – Modern and comfortable with great city views. W Philadelphia – Chic and luxurious, just steps from all the action. Both are conveniently located near the venue. Details and booking links can be found on our “Accommodations” page. All bookings should be booked by September 14th.
The Crystal Tea Room is a short walk around the corner from both hotels.
Yes, there is a parking garage at the Wanamaker Building. There are several nearby parking garages, as well as valet options at the hotels. We recommend rideshare if possible to make your evening easier.
Black Tie Preferred-This means tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and formal gowns or cocktail-length dresses for ladies. Feel free to have fun with your look—Philly loves a bit of sparkle!
Most places are walkable or a quick ride away. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are plentiful, and there are also taxis. If you’re feeling adventurous, Philly’s historic sites are great to explore on foot.
