We're getting married!

They met one rainy afternoon, on the Las Lomas pool deck. Neither thought much of it, as Katy was bundled in a parka and Brendan couldn’t wait to get home and out of the rain. A few months later, as fate would have it, Katy and Brendan found themselves once again on a pool deck together, working the desk for another waterpolo tournament. After reintroductions and a few hours of chatting, the rest is history.

Years ago, Brendan asked Katy to be his girlfriend as they walked back to their car, after a fun day at the Boardwalk. A little over nine years later, Brendan brings Katy back to that same beach in Santa Cruz, to officially ask her to be his wife.
