Q + A

The Wedding Website of Brendan Popielec and Emily Chu
Question

Is the Ceremony a full Mass?

Answer

Yes, our wedding ceremony will be a full mass. To us, marriage is more than a celebration — it is a sacred sacrament. We believe that through the Sacrament of Marriage, God unites us in a lifelong covenant of love, faith, and commitment. Celebrating with a full Mass is our way of honoring that belief!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We're thrilled to have our favorite people with us to celebrate such a special day! We kindly ask that guests come dressed in formal attire, with the option of black tie.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we wish all of our guests could bring a plus one, our venue can only accommodate a certain amount of guests. Unless your formal invitation specifically states your guest's name or stated your name "and guest," we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests.

Question

What time should i arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding mass starts promptly at 12:30 pm. We ask that guests arrive no later than 12:15 pm.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our wedding mass—please turn off your phones and refrain from taking photos. However, we welcome you to capture the celebration at the reception!

Question

Where should I park at the reception?

Answer

Our venue can accommodate all the parking for our guests. We also suggest guests use Uber or Lyft as their mode of transportation if they plan to drink throughout the night. We can't wait to celebrate, but ask everyone to please be responsible.
