What is the attire for this event?

Answer

We encourage guests to find inspiration in the beauty of the outdoors by dressing in cocktail attire inspired by the natural surroundings of the wildlife center. Think romantic florals, garden-inspired prints, & earthy tones drawn from nature.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but we've chosen to make our celebration an adult-only occasion aside from nieces and nephews.

Where to Park?

Answer

Coming from Drumheller Rd, follow the circle drive up to the main building. Feel free to drop off guests here, then follow the circle drive up the hill to the east, where you can find a large grass parking lot!

Drinks are on us! We will have an open bar for our guests to enjoy!

The venues address is listed on the home page & schedule sections of our wedding website. We recommend using Google or Apple maps for accurate navigation.

What else should I know about the venue?

Answer

The Bengel Wildlife Center is the headquarters for the Michigan Wildlife Conservancy. Because of this, 100% of the proceeds from our wedding rental directly fund the protection of Michigan's wildlife and habitats. The Wildlife Center has over 259 acres of pristine Michigan wilderness, including forests, wetlands, & a bog. It also features hundreds of different species of Michigan native fish, mammals, reptiles, & amphibians!
