Beach Day with the Bride & Groom

Casual/swimsuits

If you arrive early please come for a casual hello and relax on our “home beach”. Come enjoy the sand and surf. You can find us on the beach south of the Santa Monica Pier, near lifeguard tower 27. All-day parking is available at the parking lot listed. This is a bring your own food and beverage hang. Santa Monica is a great walking area with restaurants and shops. We recommend Main Street to find a bite. Be sure to leave plenty of time to return to The Westin in Pasadena for the Welcome Party at 8:00 p.m. We can’t wait to see you!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal

We have a shuttle that leaves from the Westin Pasadena at the Walnut Street exit on the North side of the hotel. Please meet at the pickup area at 4pm. If you choose to drive, please arrive at 4:20 to allow ample time to park and find your way to your seats at the ceremony location within the Arboretum. Return shuttles to the Westin Pasadena will be offered starting at 9pm.

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Casual

Join us for a farewell brunch at the hotel.
