Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to the ceremony and reception. UBER OR LYFT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ENCOURAGED IF YOU WILL BE DRINKING!!!

Valet parking will be available at the Stan Mansion. However, we ask you have a designated driver/ride-share/cab if you will be imbibing!!! The valet uses the parking lot at the Darwin School, 3116 W Belden Avenue, which can accommodate up to 70 cars. All guests must have valet retrieve their vehicles at the end of the reception or else it will end up towed by the Darwin School. Vehicles cannot be parked on Kedzie Boulevard; they will be towed, as the Stan Mansion is in a residential zoning area.

What Can I Do Between the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Since there will be a small gap between the ceremony & reception, there are a number of places to go and grab a cocktail or a small bite if you need. If you’d like to go somewhere relatively near the church a couple suggestions are: The Village Inn, 8050 N Lincoln Ave, Skokie L. Woods, 7110 N Lincoln Ave, Lincolnwood (less walkable) Or relatively near the reception: Billy Sunday, 3143 W Logan Blvd, Chicago Webster’s Wine Bar, 2601 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago The Duplex, 3137 W Logan Blvd, Chicago There are several other choices near both locations, these are just a few.
