Where is the Wedding?

The Pavilion at Howe Farms 11895 Dolly Pond Rd, Birchwood, TN 37308 Ceremony will be held outside at the back of the building.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2025. Final head counts are required to finalize arrangements and payments. Important: If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are not attending. Guests who arrive at the wedding without RSVPing will not have food, seating, or accommodations prepared.

Use the RSVP tab on this website. Type in your name, select your party (including any plus ones listed), and confirm your attendance.

When Is the ceremony?
Answer
The bridal party will begin walking down the aisle at 3:00PM, so please arrive by 2:30 PM to park and find a seat.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We’ve listed two hotels 20 minutes from the venue and about 30 minutes from Chattanooga Airport under the Travel tab. If you prefer other options: • Cleveland, TN is the closest town to the venue. • Chattanooga, TN is 30–45 minutes away from the venue.

When should I book my hotel by?
Answer
The sooner, the better! With multiple venues in the area, accommodations may book quickly. If arriving on the day of the wedding, ensure you arrange for an early check-in as the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM.

Can I Uber to the venue?
Answer
You might be able to take an Uber during the day, but do not rely on Uber for your return trip. Due to the venue’s remote location, it can be challenging to secure a ride late at night. Consider arranging a designated driver (DD) or using our shuttle service provided at the preferred hotels.

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will transport guests between the two recommended hotels (TownePlace Suites Cleveland, TN and Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland, TN) and the venue. Fill out the shuttle form under the Travel tab or visit form.jotform.com/251115433627047 to reserve your spot.

Can I use the shuttle service if I am not staying at one of the preferred hotels?
Answer
Yes, but you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to one of the preferred hotels. Please do not leave your car at a hotel where you are not staying. Complete the shuttle form to confirm your participation.

What should I wear?
Answer
This is a black-tie wedding: • Ladies: Floor-length dresses. • Gentlemen: Tuxedos or suits with ties. Please note, there will be some grassy areas, so consider wearing chunky heels if planning to wear high heels.

When is cocktail hour and will there be food?
Answer
Cocktail hour begins at 3:30 PM, featuring delicious hors d'oeuvres.

Yes! A full open bar will be available, including signature drinks from the bride and groom.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When RSVPing, there will be a question about dietary restrictions. Please complete it so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Only those with a designated plus one will see it noted on their invitation and RSVP card. If you were not given a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
This is an adults-only wedding. The only children present will be those from the bridal party. We hope you understand!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes, the couple is registered through Zola. While your presence is the greatest gift, contributions to the honeymoon fund or cash/check gifts are appreciated.

I want to help contribute to the honey moon fund, but do not want to send money online. What can I do?
Answer
You can mail cash or checks to: 12308 Greenwich Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23059. Cards can also be brought to the wedding.

Can I take pictures and video during the ceremony?
Answer
We request an unplugged ceremony to allow the photographer to capture every moment. Please keep phones away during the ceremony but feel free to take photos/videos during the reception. Kindly refrain from posting on social media until the bride and groom do so first.

Is the wedding indoor or out door?
Answer
Both! • Ceremony: Outdoors, behind the building. • Cocktail Hour: On the back patio. • Reception Dinner: Inside. • Dancing: On the back patio.

What happens if i do not RSVP on time? What happens if i RSVP yes but can no longer go?
Answer
• If you don’t RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you’re not attending. • If your plans change after RSVPing “yes,” please let us know as soon as possible to update our counts.
