No they are not. The ceremony will be held at St. Boniface Martyr in Sea Cliff, NY. The reception will be held in Jericho, NY. See invitation for further details.
For both the ceremony and the reception, we are asking for formal attire (black tie encouraged). All that means is that we want an elegant evening. If you don't have a tuxedo or formal gown, you don't have to go buy or rent one. Please wear suits, long dresses or dresses that come up to your knee and refrain from wearing short cocktail dresses.
We are still getting married!!! The ceremony and the reception are both inside so please dress appropriately to get from place to place. The reception is right on a main road by a Firehouse so it is guaranteed that those roads will be cleared.
We welcome children to come to the wedding ceremony however if they are not on the invitation we kindly ask that they do not come to the reception.
We ask that you only bring a plus one if it is stated in your invitation. We truly wish that everyone could be there with us to celebrate but unfortunately space is limited. Thank you so much for understanding.
Yes we do! All of the details are on the "Accommodations" page. Click on the tab above or copy and past this link: https://www.zola.com/wedding/brendanandapril/travel
You will have approximately 2 hours in between the ceremony and the reception. You are invited to have a drink at Partners in Sea Cliff NY which is where we had our first date. It is located around the corner from the church and about 10 minutes from the reception. You also have plenty of time to go back home or to the hotel and relax a bit before the cocktail hour and reception.
Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel two hours before the reception and for two hours afterwards.
Yes there is. For the church there is street parking and a small parking lot in the rear. The reception hall has a huge parking lot so no need to worry there. If you are staying at the hotel you can also keep your car there.
