Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm CT. The venue allows guests to arrive up to 30 minutes before the event, but please arrive no later than 5:20 pm.

What is the attire?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are asking that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area, so keep that in mind when planning outfits!

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes! There will be security directing you to the parking lot upon arrival. It is a grassy parking lot, so if you need assistance, there will be a golf cart and driver there to take you to the ceremony area.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time before May 1st. There will not be a paper RSVP included so if you would prefer to, feel free to contact Kim Bloomer (615-574-0106) and RSVP through her.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
Answer
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by the May 1st deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during our ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a phone or camera blocking that moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and share them with us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited when you RSVP.
