Hi everyone, We live in Pacific Beach, CA. It's about 15 min north of the San Diego Airport. It's a great beach town full of bars and restaurants. The Gaslamp Quarter is a lively downtown neighborhood, known for its nightlife. Clubs, dive bars and cocktail lounges draw a young crowd, while the Spreckels and Balboa theaters have diverse programs of music, comedy and drama. There's a mix of chain and independent restaurants in the area, with many global options. Horton Plaza Park has grassy lawns, ice cream and coffee vendors, and an interactive fountain.
Little Italy is a chic, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, packed with trendy cocktail bars, brewpubs and restaurants with bustling patios. Upscale clothing boutiques, indie music venues and quaint piazzas dot the area, while the weekly Little Italy Mercato Farmers’ Market draws crowds to its mix of produce, gourmet food and craft stalls. Balboa Park is encompassed within the heart of San Diego and borders many of the popular neighborhoods. The park is great for hiking, walking, renting and riding a bike or just exploring many of its little hidden gems. In addition to all of the above mentioned outdoor activities are the many museums and the world famous San Diego Zoo.
Torrey Pines is full of great hiking trails that will provide you with unforgettable views! In addition to all of the hiking trails is the world famous Torrey Pines Golf Course. Get in a round on the PGA rated South Course and home of the 2021 U.S. Open or just visit the Pro Shop for some great souvenirs.
