Wedding Shuttle & Transportation

We have organized a Shuttle that will bring guests to the venue and return to the hotels listed below: ING Chauffeured Transportation Pick up - 4:30pm - Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg Stop - 4:40pm - Comfort Suites Drop off - 5:00pm - Stone Tower Winery Return to Hotels: Pick up - 11:00pm - Stone Tower Winery Stop - Comfort Suites Stop - Best Western Drop off - Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg If you are not staying at these hotels you can also prebook a Taxi or Uber. Formal & Summery Style: We invite you to embrace the joy and elegance of our special day in formal attire with a summery twist - light colors encouraged. Suits and cocktail attire recommended.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Stone Tower Winery at 5:00pm. The ceremony will start at 5:30pm.

Where is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Everything is going to be at Stone Tower Winery. The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Pond. Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held indoors.

Unplugged Wedding Ceremony

Answer

We’ve hired a photographer/videographer and we’d love to have photos with no phones or devices in them. Please put away your cameras and phones during our wedding ceremony.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Stone Tower Winery.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block at Homewood Suites by Hilton - Leesburg, VA. These rooms are reserved for you to book by July 1, 2024. You can find the booking link on the Travel tab. But there are a handful of other hotels in the area for you to choose from.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry on this website.
