Hotel Information

We have secured hotel blocks at the Courtyard Marriott Mt. Arlington and Residence Inn Mt. Olive at International Trade Center. If there are no more rooms available in the hotel blocks or you are having issues with making a reservation using our group booking, please reach out to us directly (Ali at (914) 260-6546 or Brendan at (908) 303-6311). While we do not currently have a hotel block, the Holiday Inn Budd Lake is another great option and located right next to the Residence Inn. There are plenty of other accommodation options in the area, and Airbnbs / Vrbos are also great options for groups. We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible as hotels in the area tend to fill up quickly around this time of year! We are providing shuttle transportation from the Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn to the venue. Transportation will also be provided at the end of the night. The Holiday Inn is only a short walking distance to the Residence Inn and you are more than welcome to use the shuttle if you choose to stay there. Ubers can be difficult to find in the area so please keep that in mind when booking your accommodation.

We have secured a hotel block for the nights of Thursday, 8/13 & Friday, 8/14. The rate is $250 per night for a King Room or $260 per night for a Double Room. The group rate is valid for either one or two night stays, and must be booked by June 19th, 2026. You will receive a discounted price by booking at this hotel via our booking link. You can click on the 'View' button below to take you directly to the booking website (works best in Google Chrome). Check-in is at 3:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am. Driving distance to the venue is approximately 20 minutes. ***Note this hotel has a bar for anyone who wants to keep the celebration going after the after party - perfect for a nightcap or some late-night fun!***

We have secured a hotel block for the nights of Thursday, 8/13 & Friday, 8/14. The rate is $229 per night for a Studio Suite or $239 per night for a One Bedroom Suite. The group rate is valid for either one or two night stays, and must be booked by June 30th, 2026. You will receive a discounted price by booking at this hotel via our booking link.
