The summer before college, while Bria was in a summer program & Kendall had summer workouts for football, they were introduced through mutual friends. After hanging out as a group a few times, Kendall took interest in Bria and wanted to pursue her further. His college roommate got her number from their mutual friend and the rest was history. They began to hang out more and go on random adventures (our version of dates). Things continually progressed between them & Kendall officially asked Bria to be his girlfriend on March 18, 2015.

Marriage was always the end goal for Brendall, so the proposal happening was never in question, when it would happen was the ultimate surprise though. In June of 2019, Kendall moved to Dallas where he was offered a job in his field & this was the start of their long distance journey. Bria visited Dallas often so Kendall knew he wanted propose in the city that would become their new home. Kendall had been planning for a while to take Bria on a private helicopter ride with dinner where he would pop the question. The first attempt, in February, failed because Bria had used all of her vacation days (visiting Kendall lol) and could not come to visit that particular weekend. The next possible time was in March. Unfortunately, the city of Dallas was put under a Stay-At-Home order the week before he planned the proposal so those plans were ruined. Being the improviser he is though, Kendall quickly (in 1 days time) planned a photoshoot where he proposed because he did not want to wait any longer & the couple could be quarantined & engaged!
