Our wedding will be in the evening, with the reception following. We MUST have everyone out of the reception venue no later than midnight. We will have local lodging options available for those who wish to stay in the area and not make the drive back to Austin.
Unfortunately, no. Our venues have very limited seating due to maximum capacities enforced by the Fire Marshall. For that reason, we have to ask that you NOT bring children under 15. Once we reach capacity, any additional guests CAN be turned away.

No. The chapel is quite a distance from the parking lot. It is paved, but it does have an incline and it is a bit of a walk. The venue does have ONE wheelchair available for those who need it.
The venue has stones for seating and we will be providing chairs for guests. Guests MAY need to carry the chairs to and from the Chapel, as our reservation time is limited. We will make every effort to have chairs at the Chapel, but if we run out of time for set up, then we will make them available at the parking lot.
Like our marriage and lives moving forward together... we are in this come rain or come shine! The weather in Texas in September is usually quite nice, but you might want to check the weather and bring umbrellas or make other arrangements to make the walk to and from the chapel as dry as possible.
The reception is about a 20 minute drive from the Chapel and will get guests a little closer to Austin. There are lodging options close to the reception for those who prefer to stay in the area and not make the drive back.
There is NO FOOD OR DRINK permitted at the Chapel with the exception of water. We will provide several coolers of beer for the reception. Guests are welcome to bring additional coolers and alcoholic beverages of your choice. We will have a TABC certified bartender on site to meet the requirements for having beer and liquor on the premises, but guests will be responsible for mixing their own drinks.
