December 1st please, so we can finalize the headcount for catering.

Where is the venue?

Answer

The venue is on the corner of Taylor Road and Horseshoe Bar, across the street from Taylor's. There are two buildings, both with the name Smithville and Co. The one labeled Private Venue is correct, the one NOT labeled private venue is a (very cute!) coffee shop. If you find yourself in the coffee shop, turn back and find the event center.
