We have a lot of friends and family flying in from out of town. Here's a couple of places that we have enjoyed during our time together in KL and would love to share with you.

Petronas Twin Towers

You can't come to KL and not visit the iconic Twin Towers. Fun fact, it was once the world's tallest towers. Download the Klook app to get tickets to go up to the Skybridge and Observation Deck. You'll get an amazing 360 view of the city!

The Exchange TRX

This is the development project that Brendan was working on during his time in KL and it's one of the coolest malls you'll ever visit. Thinking of doing some shopping, food and hiding from the Malaysian sun? Definitely drop by here, make sure to allocate at least 2-3 hours of your day because the mall is HUGE.

Kyomo KL

This is one of our favorite Japanese BBQ restaurant in KL. They serve one of the best cuts of beef that you grill over a charcoal flame. We recommend trying the Japanese wagyu set, they are melt in your mouth good! Best to make your reservations early as it's always fully booked.

Kafei Dian

This is the perfect place to try most of the traditional Malaysian food. Nicole recommends: 1. Butter Kaya Toast with soft boil egg - A must! 2. Penang Fried Kuay Teow - Fried flat noodles 3. Classic Nasi Lemak - A Malaysian national dish 4. Chee Cheong Fun (Curry) - If you are really hungry and are able to eat more Drinks: 1. Kopi C - Coffee 2. Milo ice
