Our Ceremony & Reception

We invite guests to dress up! Think suits and cocktail dresses—no tuxes required. Weather dependent, the ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy area, so flatter or wide sole shoes are highly recommended.

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour starts inside the hall. There will be a quick group and some individual photos taken with the Bride and Groom outdoors, before they join in and enjoy a visit with everyone before dinner. There will be a toonie bar for all alcohol drinks (tickets will be available to purchase). All non-alcohol drinks are free of charge. The bar will be open from 5pm to 12pm. There is no ATM on site so bring what cash you will require. Guests are welcome to stay at the hall until 2am but then must retire to their trailer/tent, or head to their respective homes/hotels. Please make the appropriate arrangements for any transportation if you will be leaving the hall at any point and have consumed any alcohol. (Both the Bartender and DJ will be ending their services at 12pm) Music will still be played until everything is shut down at 2am.
