Attire: Cocktail or semi-formal attire — no jeans or casual wear, please!
The ceremony is set to be outdoors (weather permitting, if not, then it will be indoors) & the reception/ dinner will be indoors. They are both on the same property with a very small walk in-between, so there will be no driving to another location after the ceremony.
Our venue is a private property which has its own parking lot located very near the ceremony site for your convince! No worries about not finding a parking spot or parking on the street.
Due to limited space at our venue, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation/in your RSVP.
If your child(ren)’s name(s) are included on your invitation/RSVP, they are welcome to attend! While we’re happy to celebrate with your little ones, please note that each reception table will have several lit candles. We kindly ask that children be supervised throughout the evening & not handle or play with the candles. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony as we wish to maintain its solemnity. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during our wedding ceremony so that everyone can be present in the moment! This will also help to avoid blocking the view of our photographer who will be capturing every moment. We will ensure that we share the photos with everyone after the wedding. Once the celebration has moved into the reception area after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
For dinner we will be having garden salads, glazed baked ham slices, turkey roast, macaroni & cheese, baby carrots with parsley, green beans almondine, & dinner rolls with butter. Dinner will be served by Romer’s Catering. For dessert, enjoy a delightful assortment of cookies—please feel free to take as few or as many as you like! If you or anyone in your party has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please note this in the allotted section in your RSVP! We will also have a limited open bar featuring two beers & two wines, as well as other non-alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment all evening!
The ceremony will begin at 5:30. Please do not arrive before 4:45, & we ask that you & your party are seated by 5:25 to ensure that all ceremony events can flow smoothly.
