Brad and Kelly first met back in 2003 during Sunday School. Kelly and Brad's sister, Martha, were in the same class. Brad and Kelly's lives have always been intertwined over the years due to Kelly's friendship with his sister. Fast forward to 2019. Kelly was asking Martha about how her and her siblings were. Martha replied she didn't know how Brad was and told Kelly to text him. Kelly worked up the courage to text Brad. She told him she missed him in a text. To which he replied " I miss you too?". They decided to meet up at Brauer House for drinks where they weren't sure if it was a date or just an agreement to meet and catch up. During their non-date date at Brauer House, they caught up about life, as Kelly had been away at school at The University of Michigan and Kelly told Brad that she may be allergic to beer. Things went swimmingly and they agreed to hangout again over tacos. Their second date, Brad drove by Kelly's house three times on his motorcycle ( he was nervous). The rest of the dates are history. From trips to Minocqua, re-meeting Brad's best friend Bobby and his then girlfriend, Carrie (now wife), Brad just never leaving one day (that's how he moved in),to surviving a pandemic, and proposing on The University of Michigan field during a trip that Kelly had planned for Brad's birthday, which totally surprised Kelly. The love the two of them share has always been a part of their relationship, even if it took them (Brad) a number of years to discover it. We are so very excited to share our love and our day with all of you!
