We have secured a room block at this hotel for guests planning to stay overnight. Our discounted rate is available for all reservations made by October 15, 2026! Please adjust accordingly to your stay. This will serve as the primary pick up & drop off location for our shuttle service (more info below) and also where we'll be hosting the after party once the reception ends.

Shuttle Schedule

We will be providing a shuttle service to transport guests to & from Westwynd Gardens and The Hilton Garden Inn. Please refer to the schedule below and plan accordingly! PRE-CEREMONY: Trip 1: Bus departs from the Hilton Garden Inn in Exton @ 2:45 p.m. Trip 2: Bus departs from the Hilton Garden Inn in Exton @ 3:15 p.m. Trip 3: Bus departs from the Hilton Garden Inn in Exton @ 3:20 p.m. POST-RECEPTION: Buses will be on-site starting the last hour of the reception to transport guests back to the hotel, and will remain available through the end of the reception at 10:00 p.m.
