Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those explicitly named on your invitation are included, unless specifically stated otherwise. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No. We are both under the legal drinking age. So sorry.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits for men.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at the event location. After 4pm, another lot will open up for our use. However, we encourage you to carpool if you can! If parking runs out in the lot, Lancaster city street parking may be available for those who need it.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy. Phones are permitted for photos during the reception.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by 02/28/26 so we can plan accordingly! If you need any help please contact Gabrielle Zajac. (+1 (484) 599-1056) Note: RSVP will not be open until formal invitations are sent.

I lost something during the ceremony/reception, where can I find it?

Answer

Evermore Events, in its discretion, may maintain a lost and found and hold recovered items for up to 30 days. Feel free to reach out to them via email or phone with any questions.

Is smoking and vaping prohibited?

Answer

Evermore Event center is a smoke-free and vape free facility. Leaving smoking or vaping materials behind will result in a cleanup charge. Any persons caught violating the restrictions will be asked to leave the event center by the event staff. Evermore does have a designated smoking area located outside the back of the venue, if need be.

Is Evermore Events ADA compliant?

Answer

Evermore Events has two ground floor ADA compliant restrooms for use. To access the second floor, there will be an outdoor lift for those with wheelchairs and mobility restrictions.

How early should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The venue will be open at 3:25pm to get seated for the ceremony. If you need to use the lift/outdoor elevator (for those who cannot do stairs) please arrive at this time.

What happens if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the ceremony being located on the second floor of the building, those who arrive anytime after 4pm will be asked to remain downstairs or outside until the reception starts. Thank you for understanding.

Is there anything I’m not allowed to bring on site?

Answer

Per Evermore Events, no lanterns, fireworks, sparklers, confetti, glitter, birdseed, lavender, sprinkles, and/or silly string should be brought onto the property. No weapons of any sort, or any non-prescription drugs, should be brought with any persons.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately we are having a limited menu, due to our selected caterer, Wawa. We will be having mac and cheese, subs, chips, etc. If you are unable to eat these things, feel free to bring something to snack on throughout the night!

Can I share the ceremony livestream with friends/family?

Answer

Due to the fact that we are having a small/medium size wedding, we are having an online livestream of our ceremony for friends and family that will not be in attendance. If you would like to share the link with others, feel free. The link will be posted on this site close to the big day, stay on the look out!
