How far is the venue from the airport and from downtown Seattle?
Answer
The venue and hotel are about 15 minutes from the airport. The venue and hotel are about 30-45 minutes from downtown Seattle.
Question
What will transportation look like for the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a shuttle but the venue is about 15 minutes from the hotel and there are ample Ubers in the area. The cost should be about $10-$15 for an Uber. Feel free to reach out to other guests to ask about carpooling! There is also free parking at the venue if you would prefer to drive, but please do not drink and drive. The parking will be as soon as you enter the main entrance to the venue to the left and there will be signs to mark it. Please do not park in front of the house.

We start promptly at 4:15 PM, so please arrive on time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal, beware that there is grass so wear heels that can be in grass. The venue is all outdoors and it does get hot in July so plan accordingly. If you are not good with the heat, there will be shaded areas and refreshments. Please no jeans!

Who is noted on the invitation is who is invited. We have a limit of guests allowed at the venue, unfortunately.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please make sure to note any food allergies in your RSVP. Our caterer is really great with food allergies so rest assured you will have options! We already plan to have vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options available. If anything comes up the day of, please ask a member of the staff.
