On the first page of the portal, under “Book Guest Rooms,” edit your Check-In date (either Aug. 20 th or Aug. 21 st ) if necessary. The departure date for everyone is Aug. 22 nd . 3. Under “Room Details,” use the drop-down menu to choose how many rooms and how many guests you are reserving for. Then click the yellow “Find Rooms” button. 4. You will then be given the option of choosing either 2 Double Beds or 1 King Bed (the price is the same for either type of room). Use the yellow “Select & Book” button. 5. On the next page, use the yellow “Book Now” button to reserve your room. The group rate for everyone is $209 + $29.78 taxes & fees for a total of $239 a night. The TERMS & CONDITIONS are also listed on this page. 6. On the next page, fill out the Contact Information & the Credit Card Information (as a guarantee to hold the room). Joining the World of Hyatt is optional. 7. Use the “Special Request” drop-down menu for early or late arrivals, connecting rooms, rollaway beds and other special requests. Check-in time is 3:00pm. While the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. 8. Click yellow button “Book My Stay” and you’ll receive your confirmation number and an option to print out your booking information.

Shuttle

A party bus will be picking guests up from the Hyatt regency at 4pm to take guests to the venue. Bus is leaving at 4:15 sharp. This will be the only shuttle leaving from the hotel. The bus will take guests back to the hotel after the reception at around 11. The bus is doing one trip there and one trip back. If guests chose not to use the bus, you can chose to use an uber, or there is free parking available at the venue.
