We're getting Married!

We actually met from Facebook. Talked for a couple days before went on our first date the Chief Ice-Cream then went for a little walk and we really hit it off. We both felt really happy after and wanted to see each other again. He was the best thing I found off the internet! Haha!! Made it official on October 8th.🤍

On our 5 year anniversary we went on a little getaway from home, to Hocking Hills in Logan, Ohio. Invited his brother Cade to join us for the hike that weekend. We had a really fun time, had a picnic. Hiked about 10 miles and it was a very gloomy day. As we were walking back to leave we went through Ash Cave again, the sun was peaking out a little bit and I really wanted a photo with Sayre with the sun out. They seemed antsy about it too. haha Now I know why. I gave Cade my phone. I'm over here thinking we are taking a photo and Sayre starts to say " I know you have been waiting for a long time now..." and he starts to go on one knee and pulls out the ring asked me to marry him. I was incomplete shock and frozen. I honestly blacked out if he made more of a speech because I just couldn't believe this moment I have waited for my whole life for was happening in real time. And it wasn't a dream. I nodded and said yes. We hugged and he kissed my cheek. We tried to put the ring on but the hike caused my fingers to swell. It didn't fit. By the time we got to the car I squeezed it on and fits perfectly! It was an amazing day and one of the most memorable days of our lives. Grateful for Cade capturing and experiencing the moment with us and for us. Even though the waterfalls were dried up, the hike was definitely worth it. 🤍

After 7 years together I get to marry my best friend and soulmate. I am so excited for this new exciting chapter in our lives to be surrounded by our loved ones on this day. And the days after.🤍
