June 16, 2023, we had our first date - dinner at KCM, dessert at Furniture City Creamery, and a walk down Cherry Street. A fun second date at House Rules and a third date that lasted a whole weekend! From then on, we were bestest buds. Our relationship has been defined by playfulness, family, and a commitment to growing together. February 11, 2025, Joseph recreated our first date. We walked down Cherry St with our Furniture City ice cream in 18-degree weather to the spot where we had our first kiss. On this random side street in front of a stranger's house, Joseph got down on one knee and proposed! August 23, 2025, we are so excited to get married!!!
