Young us, 21 and 23, met at a local bar in Long Beach,Ca on January 31, 2013. We were both out with friends; Thomas with his buddies after a Kings game and Bree with two of her best friends (and now Bridal party). Our eyes met, Thomas got Bree's number and the adventure began. Our first date was to a Starbucks to grab some coffee and get to know one another, followed by a Valentine's date to Lucielle's. But where things really kicked off was on the third date where he tricked Bree into thinking he was a chef by cooking her an amazing meal. (Although, he is a pretty good cook when he has a lot of hours to prepare.) Since the beginnings of the relationship, we have shared many experiences together from concerts to camping and road trips. We both love to go hiking and camping and be in the outdoors.

We were having a little weekend get away, partaking in all of our favorite things in San Diego, one of our favorite places. Bree knew they had dinner reservations at their favorite restaurant Seersucker. After the hike in the morning they went shopping for shoes, since Bree (cough cough Tom) left her shoes at home. They followed this by returning home to relax, shower and have a drink before heading out to dinner. Tom took Bree to a gorgeous rooftop bar down the street, since they were running abnormally on time, where they had a drink. When they arrived at Seersucker, Tom got down on one knee and proposed right outside the restaurant! When they turned around to head inside Bree was surprised by both her and Tom's parents presence. They all had dinner and celebrated with drinks for an amazing night!
