Carpool Coordination Spreadsheet

The goal of this carpool spreadsheet is to connect with others to share rides, whether you're driving from out of town or need a lift. We've also included some public transportation recommendations here as well.

Brittany Motel

This motel is right across the street from our venue. This is probably the best place to stay if you don't have a car, as it's a 5 minute walk from the venue (however, not the most pedestrian-friendly walking route). They have rooms for 2-4 people and a flexible cancellation policy - we recommend booking with them sooner rather than later as they have a limited number of rooms! Rooms here cost about $250 per night in the summer.

North Shire Lodge

The North Shire Lodge is a cute B&B that's a 2 minute drive from our wedding venue. The price is around $200/night for 2 people. Note: many of their rooms (though not all of them) have a 3 night minimum.

Travel Note

Camp at our venue!

For those who love the great outdoors, we’re offering free camping on the venue property at Levity Mountain. This could be a great option for guests who want to stay close to the celebration while enjoying the natural beauty of Vermont. BYO tent and camping gear if you're interested, and we'll have bathrooms you can access throughout the weekend. If you're interested in camping, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. Thanks!

The Inn at Ormsby Hill

The Inn at Ormsby Hill is a romantic & historic inn that's a 3 minute drive to our wedding venue. Rooms here are around $350/night.

Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester

The Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester is a nice hotel in the center of Manchester, an 8 minute drive from our venue. Rooms accommodate 2-4 people and cost about $340 per night (as of March).

Wilburton Inn

The Wilburton Inn is beautiful, and it's a 7 minute drive from the venue. As of June 3rd, it looks like rooms are available for our wedding weekend for around $300-$350/night.

The former home and studio of Norman Rockwell, now a historic inn. There's an option to add on a guided fly fishing adventure!
