Please have your RSVPs sent back by or before this date so that we can have a final head count for the wedding day. If you chose not to respond then it will be assumed that you are not attending. If you're invite has not been received by the couple by December 4th you will also be counted as not attending. However, if the invitation was delayed to the mailing company and the response is yes then you will be moved from the not attending list to the attending list. We invite you all to attend; however, if you are unable to attend please mark so on your RSVP and still have it returned to the future Mr. and Mrs., so that they do not have to wonder whether you will be attending or not. Your response is greatly appreciated and we hope to see you at the wedding.

Only those who participated in the rehearsal will have a meal provided for them. If you plan to attend please bring your own money to pay for your food.

Welcome Event
2:45 pm - 3:00 pm
Before the ceremony begins there will be an announcer giving a generalized welcome to all the guests and when the bride and groom come to the reception following their photos there will be another welcome from the dj to welcome them to you. The bride and groom will try to welcome everyone personally, but just in case they miss anyone they wanted to make sure that everyone knew they were welcomed at the start.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Please come in clothes you feel comfortable in because we will be eating and have music for dancing after the ceremony.
Please make sure to sign the guestbook and grab a program on the way to your seat. Also there is no assigned seating other than the first two rows on either side of the aisle are reserved for the bridal party and parents of the bride and groom. Other then those two rows feel free to sit where you feel most comfortable, but can still see the ceremony. A reminder will be posted on the wedding and outside the church doors, but we would prefer if you turn your cellphones off before entering and only take photos at the reception so that you can enjoy this momentous occasion with us by living every second of the moment with us instead of worrying about getting a good camera angle (that's what our photographer is for and we promise to share the photos when we get them). Other than that please feel welcome to come and we hope you enjoy.

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Please be seated ready to welcome the new mr. and mrs. by 4:45 because the entrance should take place at 5 followed by the bride and groom's dance and then dinner will be ready to serve.
Reception
5:00 pm - 9:30 pm
There are many different events that will take place during this event such as: dancing, eating, cake cutting, speeches, any toasts anyone would like to make, and end with the bride and groom send off so we invite you to stay until the end and enjoy yourself.
Dinner
5:15 pm - 9:45 pm
Dinner is a finger food potluck which means a variety of finger foods will be provided and after the bride and groom finish their dance we will bless the food and then request that you get in line to fix a plate for yourself. Then you may continue to eat and dance and go back for seconds or thirds or spend your evening however you plan on enjoying it.
End
9:30 pm - 9:45 pm
The send off for the bride and groom will take place at 9:30. We ask that everyone be prepared to leave as soon as they are off so that everyone can be safely to their homes or hotels by 10:30 and get some much needed sleep after such an eventful day.
