When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by September 5, 2020. An RSVP is required for entry into the wedding and reception. If you do not RSVP your name will not be on the entry list which prohibits you from entering the building. No exceptions!!!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The Nivens Wedding is "INVITATION ONLY." Make sure you have sent in your RSVP by the required date. ALSO, make sure you clicked either attending or not attending for each individual on your invitation. One person does not automatically invite everyone on the list.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire ( No jeans, tennis shoes, t-shirts, or bright colors)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No ma'am and no sir. This is an adult only event. The only kids that will be allowed to enter are those who are in the wedding party.

Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same location?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking. You can either use street parking or use the parking garage. The parking garage belongs to the city of Columbia so a small parking fee may be charged that day depending on other events being held on October 24, 2020.

Answer

The bride and groom are requesting monetary gifts.

Are you all taking any Covid-19 precaution measures?

Answer

Everyone needs to have on a mask once you enter the ceremony. If you don't have one, the bride and groom will provide one for you once you have checked in with the hostess. During the reception, we will provide two bottles of hand sanitizer on each table to use as often as each guest sitting at the table would like. Please do not remove the sanitizer from the table. Wearing a mask along with Social distancing is encouraged during the reception.
