Our story
We first met in 5th grade at Bon Lin Elementary, when our desks were placed right beside each other. That year was filled with passing notes back and forth, and calling each other off our moms phones, but the moment that stood out most was when Nathan slipped a heart-shaped locket necklace into my desk—a sweet gift he had saved up for himself. Looking back, it was the very beginning of our love story. By middle school, on March 28, 2016, we became “official.” From there, we grew up side by side sharing school dances, ball games, late nights at the field, and all the little moments in between. In high school, we made memories we’ll never forget like prom night, where we were crowned king and queen, and graduating as middle school sweethearts. Our story continued at the University of Memphis, where we built new dreams and countless memories. Then, on March 28, 2025, our 9-year anniversary, Nathan planned a surprise proposal at Shelby Farms, making our love story come full circle♡
