We met about 10 years ago in college at a different time in life for both of us. We worked together in the Kinesiology library at NIU. We both looked forward to shifts together where we would sit and talk for hours. Two years later, we graduated and parted ways. We wouldn't see each other again for many years, but we were both left with this same tugging familiar "feeling" towards each other. It was like deja vu. Three years ago now, we reconnected through a chance conversation. It led us both to a love story we never expected and couldn't live without. Here we are now! How's that for mushy?
