What procautions are you taking during Covid-19?

Answer

Your health & safety are our main priority & we are taking these extra measures to ensure your well-being. All tables, chairs, & other surfaces will be sanitized. We are using disposable server-ware, plates, & utensils. Masks ARE required at the hotel in public areas (lobby & common areas), but NOT required in the meeting spaces where the ceremony & reception will take place, but you are more than welcome to wear them wherever you see fit. We will provide extra disposable masks, gloves, & hand sanitizer for your safety and convenience!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by August 1, 2020 so we can get finial numbers for food, beverages, and favors.

Is there parking at the hotel where the ceremony & reception is?

Answer

Yes! It is onsite and free. Please DO NOT park in-front of the main entrance (this is for the hotel shuttles and loading/unloading ONLY). If the parking lots to the side and behind the hotel are full, just stop by the front desk, say you are here for the Casas wedding, and they will give you a temporary key to the underground parking garage. Please don't leave any valuables visible in your vehicle.

Of course! We should have already counted them on your invitation. If we haven't please contact us and we'll make arrangements.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please contact us directly if your invitation does not include a +1 as space is limited.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

You can find our registry on this website under the "Registry" tab where we have a mix of items from Zola, Amazon, Wayfair, etc.
