DO I NEED TO RSVP?

Answer

The answer is yes, we kindly ask that you RSVP by July 6th. If we don't hear from you by this date, we will have to mark you as "not attending" due to us needing to finalize our numbers. We would love to celebrate with you, but understand if you are not able to make it!

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invitation as well as when you RSVP.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you who will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim. The ceremony will be held outside.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:50 pm. A shuttle bus will transport guests from the Ironworks Hotel to The Pavilion. There is parking at The Pavilion for guests as well.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of parking! We will also have a shuttle available at the hotel that will take guests to and from the Wedding.
