Shuttle

We will have a shuttle running for all of those out of towners or anyone choosing to stay overnight. We are trying to keep the car count to a minimum because there is very minimal space for parking so if you can take the shuttle or carpool together we would greatly appreciate it. We also have parking available at the hotel even if you are not staying overnight and you can take the shuttle (it is less than a mile away) to keep the car count down.
Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites that is right around the corner from our venue. You MUST book your rooms either through the link we provided or call 1-800-EMBASSY to make reservations under our names. If you book through another website you will not get our price so please use the link provided. We have rooms available from September 20-24 if you should want to stay longer than one or two nights.
