Mario and I were mutual friends on Facebook for awhile and one year on his birthday he posted a photo :) and I just had to shoot my shot...we chatted for a little while and then...MARIO left ME on read. Two weeks later I received a DM back and it was MARIO wishing ME a "Happy Mother's Day." Now I wasn't impressed LOL but he said his dog was sick and he had an emergency and I'm just a girl so what do I know! Eventually we moved things out of the DM and swapped numbers and the rest has been history! I told Mario during our first phone conversation that I was a reader and when we hung up the phone I received a cash app notification from him with the memo as "for your next books". Mario has since gone above and beyond as a provider and protector for our family, however this little gesture made me feel seen and heard as a black book girly, a Libby lady, a Kindle doll LOL you get the picture! Every moment since then he has done nothing less than show up and show out. Our first official date was at Half Shell Oyster House and he was the perfect gentleman; we ended the night doing my favorite thing which is being in the park after dark just running my mouth LOL we both dreaded going home :( but I think we both decided in that moment our definition of "home" had changed! Home was now with each other! Our love story is one that is sooo unique yet soo pure. It's the type of love that once you find it you hold on to it and you never let it go! So here we are...3 years later and we have built a beautiful life together and are soo excited to share this upcoming milestone with our close friends and family! 4Better 4Worst 4Life -The Yadaos
