Please arrive by 12:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m., and we don’t want you to miss a moment! There's no need to purchase admission to the Denver Botanic Gardens - just let the staff at the entrance know you're here for our wedding at the Woodland Mosaic and Solarium, and they’ll direct you. Your entry has already been covered. You have entry to the Gardens for the entire day so if you would like to arrive earlier or stay later and walk around you are welcome to! There will be opportunity to do this during and after the reception as well.
Please dress in your best Garden Glam — formal, floral + fun patterns, spring colors, outfits that are playful, chic, and fabulous! Try to outdress the bride and groom (we dare you!). The theme is Garden Party and we'd love for all our loved ones to get fancy with us! However, please come in whatever makes you feel comfortable - the most important thing is that we’re surrounded by those we love most!
Limited free parking is available in the parking complex and garage on York Street, but it can fill up quickly. We highly encourage guests to take an Uber or other rideshare, as parking at the Denver Botanic Gardens is limited - especially on busy Sundays. While we’ve reserved the Woodland Mosaic for the entire day, the rest of the Gardens will remain open to the public and may host other private events. To make your arrival stress-free, consider pre-booking your Uber ride in advance - you can schedule rides up to 90 days ahead and select the time, location, and ride type.
Yes! Bre and Klaus will be staying at The Acoma House, a charming boutique hotel just 2 miles from the Denver Botanic Gardens. We recommend booking early - there are only 24 rooms, and they may fill up quickly. For group discount details, please visit the Travel page on our website. Across the street from the hotel is a large historical school that has food, drinks, a coffee shop, etc. inside. You are also just a block way from the Denver Art Museum.
Due to space limitations at our ceremony venue, the Woodland Mosaic, we’re unable to accommodate plus-ones. The venue has a strict capacity limits, and we’ve reserved space specifically for those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we aim to keep the day intimate and meaningful. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Bre and Klaus directly. We're so grateful to celebrate with our closest family and friends.
The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. Our reception will feature a brunch and a bar, which will remain open until 5:00 p.m. During or after the reception, you’re welcome to explore the entire Denver Botanic Gardens. It’s a stunning venue, and we encourage you to take in the beauty of its indoor and outdoor exhibits, greenhouses, and more. As one of the most-visited botanical gardens in the country, there’s so much to see and enjoy. We hope you love the venue as much as we do!
Late spring and early summer in Denver is a beautiful time of year, but as anyone who’s been to Colorado knows, we can experience all four seasons in a single day! We’re expecting temperatures in the mid-70s, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared for anything. Please keep an eye on the weather in the week leading up to the wedding - you might want to bring a light jacket or an umbrella just in case. The ceremony will take place in the Woodland Mosaic, a covered structure, while the reception will be held outdoors. The event will go on rain or shine, so come ready to enjoy the day, no matter the weather!
