Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

All events will be held at the Canmore Nordic Centre. 1988 Olympic way, Canmore, Alberta. There will be signage to guide you to the ceremony and the reception will be inside at the building next to the ceremony location.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please come dressed in your best. Ladies, I would choose flat shoes or a chunky heal as there is a bit of walking and some soft ground. We are hoping for a nice sunny day, so please dress appropriately as the ceremony will be outdoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will explain who is included in your party. However, if there is any confusion, please reach out to the bride or groom and we are happy to clarify.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, but you will need to purchase a kananaskis park pass at https://www.alberta.ca/kananaskis-conservation-pass. Please make sure you pay for the time you will be in Canmore.

Will there be drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a cash/debit bar and free coffee and tea.

Will there be transportation from the venue to the hotels at night?

Answer

Since everyone may be staying at different hotels, we will ask that anyone needing a ride back to their hotel utilize a cab, uber, or designated driver to make sure everyone gets home safe!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let the Bride or Groom know if there are any allergies as the dinner will be buffet style.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We will not be having a registry as we have been blessed with everything we need for our home. We do not expect any gifts, but if you would like to bring one, we will have a card box for anyone who would like to donate to our honeymoon fund.

Does it matter where I stay?

Answer

No. However, we do have a list of hotel discount codes for your use. You will find these in the Gallery section of our website. Please reserve your accommodation early as the rooms book quickly!
