We recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies, feel free to wear soft, elegant tones like taupe, champagne, or neutrals. Gentlemen, a nice suit in navy, gray, or tan works perfectly. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing blush, mauve or sage green, so our bridal party can shine in those colors!
Yes! There will be a gravel parking area with plenty of space for everyone. No need to worry about parking just follow the signs once you arrive at the venue.
We recommend booking a room at the hotel located in Gainesville, VA, which is about 15 minutes from the venue. We’ve included the hotel link in the Travel section of this website for easy access!
If your invitation says “plus one,” then yes please feel free to bring a guest! If not, we’re keeping things intimate, and we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.
We love your little ones, but this will be an adult only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the night. We appreciate your understanding!
The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM sharp, but we kindly ask that all guests arrive by 4:30 PM to be seated on time and ready to celebrate.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer and videographer can capture every special moment without distractions. Don’t worry there will be plenty of beautiful photos to look back on! Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like after the ceremony during cocktail hour and the reception. We want you to enjoy and capture all the fun we just ask that you stay present with us for the “I do’s!”
