What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding reception?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service between The Westin Chicago North Shore and Astoria Banquets. After the wedding ceremony we recommend checking into the hotel where the shuttle will be transporting our guests to the reception. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting our guests back to the hotel.

Is there parking available at your wedding reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a very large parking lot and offers free on-site parking.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be all indoors.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to wear Formal/Semi-Formal attire.

Are there any colors or styles you’d prefer me to wear?

Answer

Kindly choose wedding attire in any shade of your choice (EXCEPT White/IVORY).

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we like to keep our guest list just to those we know well. The name of every guest and/or if honored a plus one will be clearly listed on your invitation and when you RSVP online.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 unless indicated on your invitation for our wedding day.

What will you be serving at your wedding reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving variety of hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour between 6:00pm-7:00pm followed by a plated meal with a chicken entree. There will be accommodations made to those who have dietary restrictions or allergies. A late night snack will also be provided later in the evening of the reception.
