The bride and groom kindly request guests RSVP no later than August 30th, 2025. There will be no modifications or exceptions once the deadline has passed.
The bride and groom kindly request a black tie optional dress code—if we’re dressed to the nines, we’d love for you to join us in your finest too! Please note that the grass may be soft, so consider your heel choice. The evening may also be on the chillier side, so bringing something to keep warm is encouraged.
We’re so happy the resort is pet-friendly! If you’re staying in a pet-friendly cabin, feel free to bring your furry friend(s) along. However, we kindly ask that the only pet at the wedding itself will be our sweet flower girl. If you do choose to bring your pet(s), they’ll likely need to hang out in your cabin during the celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you—and your pets, in spirit!
For guests within driving distance of the venue and or only planning to stay for the main celebration, there is free on-site parking.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We’ve recommended our guests to arrive to the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time, 4:00pm, to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space from the parking lot and find a seat.
Yep, the bar will be wide open until midnight! After that, it’ll turn into a cash bar—so drink up while the clock’s on your side!
We’re so grateful to have found a venue with no noise restrictions and with the party being able to go strong until the bar fully closes at 2am! For the night owls, the grounds are ours to enjoy until sunrise, we only ask to respect the resort grounds and keep in mind of any fire/law restrictions within the white mountains. And for anyone needing a little recovery, join us the next day for a farewell brunch with some much-needed fuel (and maybe a little hair of the dog)!
For guests looking to fully experience the resort and all the celebrations, we recommend staying from Tuesday, October 28th through Thursday, October 30th. There are plenty of activities planned around the celebration, as well as many exciting things to enjoy in the surrounding area, and we’d hate for you to miss out! Just a friendly reminder—please be sure to RSVP for all the events you plan to attend, as it helps us ensure everything runs smoothly. We can't wait to celebrate with you and for our guests to fall in love with this resort, as we did.
